The Oceans' tower and it's 19 floors plus penthouses overlooks its vast oceanfront playground. Two pools, pool deck with gas grills, lounge chairs, umbrellas and cabanas. This building offers a great combination of residential & resort living.
Here is a gull's eye view of the largest pool in the resort area. With cabanas to the east and locker rooms to the west and a pretty good size ocean to offer optional swimming.
This is the primary living space. The sofa is a pull-out sleeper. The kitchen features just enough (new) appliances to prepare all your meals. But honestly, there are so many great restaurants nearby, you'd probably rather sample one of the 7 fantastic restaurants within a couple of blocks away.
The floor is concrete. It wouldn't take much to install luxery vinyl or carpet to suit your taste or just keep the industrial-chic vibe.
The sofa transforms for your slumber after a busy day at the beach.
There is only room for one bed in this studio. However, if you have friends or family visiting, there are guest rooms down the hall that rent for $150 a night in-season, $75 in the off-season.
Sliding glass doors provide access to patio seating or tennis courts.
As seen from the sliding glass doors. The front door leads to a small hallway with two spacious storage closets.
The appliances are full size but the layout is very compact.
Hopefully, you will be outside or enjoying the many amenities ths building has to offer, but if you want to chill indoors, there is space enough to relax.
Appliances include a full size fridge, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. A washer & dryer are around the corner.
The afternoon sun brightens the room nicely through the sheers. Block-out drapes can be closed as desired. You may prefer to step outside and toast the sunset as it falls behind the Historic Cavalier Hotel across the street.
Another viewpoint of the kitchen.
View from the entrance door. There are two storage closets to the right and one more hiding just behind the door knob.
Ah, theres that other closet.
Use that hallway mirror to put on some sun screen. It's going to be a gorgeous, sunny day today. Probably.
You will be impressed with the water pressure in that shower. The tiles, porcelean, and counter tops sparkle.
A stackable washer, dryer is tucked out of sight from the living area.
A closet is adjacent to the laundry room.
Enough about the condo. Your plan will be to enjoy what might be called the nicest beach in the resort area. The Historic Cavalier sits in the backdrop and the Boardwalk is just steps away from your new condo at 40th Street.
That is a pedestrian sky bridge that provides safe access across Atlantic Avenue to the pool deck and beach front. That smaller pool is for adults only. Cabanas flank the larger pool. Grab one of the many lounge chairs and camp out Oceans style.
Sometimes there are parties in the evening around the pool. Jimmy Buffet doesn't come, but his music plays anyway.
Yes, those are stools in the adult pool in case you get tired of relaxing. Aren't those umbrellas spiffy? By the gate you can see a shower to rinse off the salt breeze and sand when coming off the beach.
This view of the Oceans building from Pacific Avenue captures our majestic location beautifully. From the tennis courts above the parking deck, and from pool to ocean, we hope you will make the Oceans your personal Happy Place.
