A gull's eye view of the Oceans Condominium complex. Ah, where to land, in the pool, on the cabanas, on the grassy oasis, on the pedestrian bridge, or tower building? The Oceans community is a gem on the edge of the restort area.
The Oceans features two pools. The one pictured here is the largest swimming pool in the resort area.
As seen from the upper level of the cabanas, the grassy area is often home to friendly cornhole games, cartwheeling gymnasts, or evening musical concerts. A shower provides a handy rinse coming off the oceanfront.
Lots of tables and chairs provide family nesting spots for an active day of fun in the sun. Easting outside in the evening is a favorite pasttime for Oceans owners.
It's a different vibe looking back at the tower residence from the pool deck. Some find this the best part of the day to relax.
The top level of the parking garage is home to two tennis courts. We have a fair number of players show up for a weekend game but can always use a few more.
The Sandpiper Room also referred to as the Party Room offers a full kitchen. For a modest amount, owners can rent the room for parties, family gatherings and special events
Finally, a look inside. Luxery vinyl floors and an open living room/dining room. Check out the views out of those windows that span nearly the entire living area.
As a corner unit, 1102 features two balconies. Just off the dining room, this balcony gives you the opportunity to dine inside or outside.
A different viewpoint of the dining room shows the flow from the kitchen.
Stay tuned as we provide the ocean view from this adjoining balcony.
You can see the dolphin playing from here, or ships at sea, or moonbeams reflecting off the ocean surface. That's the Holiday Inn across the street. The Boardwalk begins right here.
You will love to watch the storms roll in off the ocean. Mesmorizing!
The view to the west looks over the Historic Cavalier Hotel and their residences. You can also see the Princess Anne Country Club and parts of their beautiful golf course. Yes, we are in good company.

To the right, one can see the opening to the extra bedroom. There are doors to shut off this room for privacy. The current owners use this space as an office and prefer the openness of the living space.
Yes, the television conveys with the unit. It just fits the space so well.
This is the third bedroom, centered by a Murphy Bed. If you do not wish to set up the room as a full time bedroom, leave the bed up and enjoy the space as an office, music room, or whatever. Note the balcony to the left.
